Chintu's father died in the year 2003 at Berhampur Hospital. He was suffering from from stomach cancer. The mother is uneducated and unable to feed Chintu. He was brought by the local church pastor to DAYA orphanage. Chintu loves playing cricket, marbles and "carroms", an indoor board game. He has a wonderful smile and is very eager to learn and to please.
