Elisha lost her mother to sickle cell anemia several years ago. Her father was unable to provide the basic necessities so we brought her and her sister to our orphanage. Elisha is an intelligent and happy girl. She usually smiles and she always has something to tell. Elisha works hard in school but she also likes to play with other children. She is very generous. She is happy to share with other children if she gets something extra. Elisha is an honest girl and she does not like it if other children tell a lie. She tells openly if she has done something wrong and regrets it.
